Matt is an Interior Designer and Event Professional that has designed, planned & executed hundreds of events and interior spaces.  His taste and sense of balance transcends into his designs.  As a tenured event professional, Matt's superior organization, time management and sense of urgency for projects creates a superb experience for clients. 

 

After studying the art of interior design, he began his career working for one of Chicago's premiere event design companies.  It was there he developed an understanding of event execution and had the opportunity to design some of Chicago's most high-end events.  Over the years, Matt has worked in various parts of the event industry ranging from elaborate custom room decor, to offsite catering execution and production management.

His inspiration comes from the foundation of each unique space. With a balance and understanding of style and color, he believes in pulling out the beauty of what already exists inside the space, rather than changing or covering it up.  He believes interior design should be fun and he strives to build a strong relationship with each client to develop a more transparent understanding of their aesthetic and wants.

Matt is not a designer who believes the price tag of an item indicates its beauty.  He has a sensitivity to each client's individual budget and is happy to work with a wide range of various sized projects.
